I like to say that I’m more than a financial consultant I’m more like a counselor and educator. And I like those titles better. I can help you with your Sacramento Home Loan, Real Estate Home Purchase Loan and Real Estate Refinance Loan. Straight forward, honest and knowledgeable – that’s what my clients say, sometimes too honest when they don’t like what I have to say. I’ll give you home loan advice served up with a little bit of humor.

I’ve been at this home loan thing since the early 1980’s, weathered a few ups and downs in the housing industry, and actually still enjoy the business. I really was born an educator and I like helping people understand just how the industry works. But be prepared for a full answer to your question, I’ll want to make sure you get all the facts. I was an adjunct professor at San Joaquin Delta College, helped initiate the first mortgage banking certification program with the Mortgage Bankers of America and taught community outreach classes in Stockton and with the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center. I don’t have any trouble standing in front of a room of people. That’s why I got involved at the junior college level, teaching real estate classes for the Los Rios Community College District at three different locations in the Sacramento area. I also volunteered my time and was Board President for the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center, a board member and committee chair for several service and real estate organizations.

I’m also an active member of my profession. I served on the board of directors for the California Association of Mortgage Professionals – Sacramento Chapter and am an approved instructor for the Sacramento Association of REALTORS®. I taught classes in Mortgage Licensing Preparation, Mortgage Licensing Exam Preparation, Mortgage License Renewal, Real Estate Sales License Renewal and Notary License Seminars for Duane Gomer Inc. Seminars. I’m a Senior Loan Officer at Mortgage Finance Advisors. Give me a call if you want straight forward, honest and knowledgeable service, and oh yea, a few laughs.
