We were so impressed by the service we received from Bob. From our 1st meeting, to closing and even after closing he was always available to answer our many and repeated questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain things in simple terms. He was always keeping us informed about what was going on with our loan and stayed on top of things.
